The BxB Recovery Program is adaptable to your personal needs. With each session you can expect a consistent experience that is designed to help you get to the root of why things are out of balance so that we may begin to repair and restore. You will learn about and incorporate the five BxB Fundamentals aimed at incorporating essential tools for wellbeing into your daily life. With each session we will start by connecting with our breath as we work towards healing. We will ground ourselves, set goals, talk through hard things, and put plans in place that will empower you to take action. By the end of your coaching you should expect to feel like a better version of yourself and motivated to take what you’ve learned and apply them to your everyday life moving forward.
